Reviews decide who finds Masterpiece next. If the app helped you find, value or sell a work, leave a line about it — it takes less than a minute and we read every one.

Do I need a membership to use the app?

No. You can create an account, browse the gallery and send an artwork request on Basic. Private Room access, advisory chat and sell submissions come with Premium and Platinum.

How do I sell a work through the app?

Open Sell Art, add the images, dimensions, provenance and any certificates. Our specialists review the submission and answer inside the app; you follow the status from Pending to Approved.

    Is my documentation private?

Yes. Documents, valuations and signed agreements live in your account and are visible to you and the advisory team handling your file. Private Room works are never listed publicly.

Can I turn the notifications down?

Settings › Notifications has separate switches for alert sound, vibration, messages and offers. Turn off what you don't want; messages from your advisor still reach the notification centre.
